Today I am here with Lakme 9 to 5 Crème lipstick- Caramel Cut. Lakme is one of the renowned company. They are well known for their great quality product. Lakme-Caramel cut is a coffee brown shade and It’s a perfect neutral shade for everyday wear or office wear!
About the Product:
Company claims that it is formulated with vitamin E and Wheat Germ Oil, this lip color nourishes your lips by retaining its moisture. Keeping your lips hydrated, gives you smooth lips.
Packaging:
Comes in very Attractive and feminine rose gold packaging which looks super cute. It’s very handy, stylish and travel-friendly.
Ideal for:
Suitable for Fair or Medium skin tone. It can be used for daily office wear. Not recommended for Dusky skin-tones.
My Experience:
The shade “Caramel cut” is a neutral and very common brown shade. It is a nice nude coffee shade for fair to medium skin-tones. Once you apply the lipstick you can feel a creamy touch but later it turns into a semi-matte finish. (Note: It doesn’t give you a complete matte finish.) One swipe gives a nice nude shade giving the best of coffee color I don’t recommend more than two swipes because it gives you a matured look. So a NO, NO for youths. The pigmentation is good. The staying power is pretty long lasting. It stays for around 6-7 hours. It survive meals and beverages. Unfortunately it gives you patchy look after few hours and also deposits powdery texture in between the lines which is very uncomfortable.

Easily available in local shops. If you are a discount lover go with Amazon, nykaa, flipkart and purpple.
Recommended??
No. This is a common coffee brown shade, easily dupable. Recommended for office wear. If you want a matured look than go for it and it’s a BIG NOOO for youths.
