Here I am back with review of Miss Claire Lipsticks, Shade 02 and 19. I was searching for the perfect pinky nude and then I found this Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams lipsticks. These are considered as a dupe of the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creams and lot of different colors are available like pink,red,coral,nude…….so many more.

About The Product:

The company claims that “It’s not a lipstick nor is it a gloss. It’s nothing like you have experienced before. It’s a lipstick that goes on smoothly but looks matte.”

Packaging of the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams:

Simple transparent plastic cylindrical(Like a Poppins or Polo packet shape hahaha…) with a black cap. The shade numbers are written on the bottom of the bottle. The lip cream comes with a doe foot applicator which is attached to the cap(need to be very careful with the doe foot it just comes off after a few times of use but it’s manageable). The applicator picks up the right amount of product and spreads the lip cream evenly on the lips. The packaging is very lightweight and Travel friendly.

My Experience with the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams:

Shade 02:

It’s a beautiful light brown nude shade.I would suggest this shade for only fair skin tones. This shade can also be used to tone down any dark or loud lipstick. This color is perfect for everyday wear or for no makeup-makeup look. Malvika Setlani the contestant of India’s Next Top model wears this shade almost in every makeup video of hers.Specially in her ‘No Makeup Look’ tutorial Just Youtube it and try it out!

Ideal for: It is a very light shade and would only suit fair skin tones.

Shade 19:

It’s a Pink shade.It has that intense color of pink just like a ‘Raani pink’ .Once they turn matte the color looks gorgeous but it’s not a ‘everyday look’ color.

Ideal for: It goes well with all the skin tones.

I was not so happy with these both the shade as I was searching for a pinky-nude.02 turned out as a complete nude and 19 as a full pink but what I did next ,gave me the best natural pinky-nude color. I just mixed both the shade! and it turned out as most beautiful color ever!!!!! Now I am in love with the new color made by me (*wink*).

Pigmentation of the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams:

The pigmentation is very good. It requires only 2 swipes. For further pigmentation we can wait for the first layer to dry and add another layer to make it look more vibrant and bright.The lip creams do not bleed.

Texture of the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams:

The texture of this lip creams is very creamy and light on the lips.It is so soft and smooth.It settles down to a matte finish and it takes 5-6 minutes to dry after the application.It is comfortable to wear. It is non transferable too as it settles down to a matte finish. Just apply the lip balm or an aloe vera gel before applying the lipstick.

Staying Power of the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams:

The staying power of these lip creams is pretty good. Stays on the lips for somewhere between 6-7 hours. It survives light snacks and drinks.It’s pretty long lasting.

MRP is not mentioned in the product so I am not sure about the price but its available in online with discounts.
